Nothing But Thieves, the five melodic rockers from Southend-on-Sea, were at the Motorpoint Arena last night, for the last night of their UK tour and they were clearly delighted to finally get the chance to play their best selling new album, and the follow up EP to their loyal following. Nothing But Thieves got to number one in the summer with 'Dead Club City', and first track 'Welcome to the DCC' is a bombastic scene setter at 9.15pm, with all five men giving it their all to the Prince-esque track. The crowd didn't need amping, but 'Is Everybody Going Crazy?' from 2020's 'Moral Panic' sent fans wild. Nothing But Thieves play their music exceptionally well live, but in the show-aspect of a live performance, they are not too flashy. The setlist also consisted of a lot of the same songs as the shows on the tour last year, with of course the new singles Welcome To The DCC & Overcome taking the place of some of the older songs.
